All orders ship within 1-3 business days!. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship out Monday.  You will receive a confirmation email instantly after you placed an order! Please check your promotions folder if you didn't receive one. Sometimes the email goes there and that's why you can't find it!

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours from the time you receive it until tracking information is made available. For international shipments, the tracking we provided you is your local tracking number. The tracking will update when it arrives at your local post office- So please don't be worried!

As we ship orders Monday - through Friday, tracking details cannot be supplied on weekends. If you did not receive an email with tracking details or have questions, please feel free to contact us at: hello@shop-oceanica.us

For US domestic orders, orders will ship out through USPS or UPS. For international orders, we predominately use DHL or local carriers for deliveries to major cities. We also include customs and duties for you guys so you don't have to worry about it! Please allow 7-14 business days after shipping for delivery. —they’re so worth the wait!!

Lastly, please note that preordered items means we are creating these beautiful pieces to you and it usually takes around 7-10 business days to ship your order. You can contact us to know the exact restock time! If an item is on preorder, it will either be indicated in the purchasing click button. If an item in your order is on preorder whereas the other item(s) is not, please note that the entire order will ship together!

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Delivery is stated in business days, and orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Please note, Oceanica is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers. These may happen time to time and can occur in peak volume periods. However, these are the best delivery estimations available and are quite reliable and quick. Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times.

Taxes are included in the price of the product for multiple countries, no additional taxes are due or calculated at checkout. Some orders may incur additional duties fees which vary from country to country, if the total value of an order surpasses a certain value. These fees are government related and out of Oceanica's control. Oceanica are not responsible for these fees. If you can't see any taxes at checkout please make sure to confirm with our team prior to purchase should you believe you have taxes to pay.

In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, DHL will attempt re-delivery. If DHL and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by DHL's cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused. Alternatively, if our team are able to return your parcel back, any return costs will be the responsibility of the customer and deducted from the refund total.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE SERVICE

Our trusted courier partners may choose to utilize an Authority To Leave service when delivering your order, provided they assess that the delivery address has a secure location for parcel placement without requiring a signature. It's important to note that in such instances, Oceanica cannot be held responsible in the event the parcel goes missing. Additionally, regretfully, we won't be able to issue refunds or resend the parcel under these circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

We do not currently ship orders to PO or APO boxes via international postage at this time.
